METHOD OF VULCANIZING BLADDERLESS TIRE

PURPOSE:To make the installation of a heating source unnecessary in a split mold, and enable uniform and stable vulcanization to be performed by supplying and circulating successively a gas heat medium made be a predetermined temperature by a heating unit upon carrying out vulcanization mold of a bladderless tire, and vulcanization- molding it then. CONSTITUTION:A green tire 1 is put into a movable upper mold 2 and a fixed lower mold 3 as a split mold capable of opening and closing. A heating unit 10 for inert gas is installed at the outside of a press, and the inert gas, such as CO2, N2 or the like, compressed to a predetermined pressure value by means of a compressor 11 is sent into the heating unit 10 via a supplying conduit 13, and at least heated to the vulcanizing temperature or high, and then the gas heated and compressed medium heated at outside is injected and supplied into the green tire 1 from a supplying conduit 14 made use of a central mechanism 9 and a supplying port 4 provided on a supporting disc 8, and further the heated and compressed medium is stirred and circulated positively within the green tire 1 by stirring and circulating means such as a fan 6 or the like, and thus the contact with respect to the tire inner surface of the same heated and compressed medium and the heating of the side of the split mold are combined to vulcanization-mold the green tire 1.
