Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain surface-protecting film which is free from solubilization and staining of the surface by using carbon black-containing polyolefin as a base material and coating it with an isobutylene tackifier on one surface and with fluoroolefin-vinyl ether copolymer on the other surface. CONSTITUTION:The subject surface-protecting film which is to be lined on the surface of a body is obtained by using (A) a carbon blackcontaining polyolefin layer as a base and coating the base with (B) an isobutylene rubber tackifier on the adhesive surface and with (C) a fluoro-olefin vinyl ether copolymer on the other surface. The copolymer coating film is preferably formed by allowing a fluoroolefinvinyl-ether copolymer containing carboxyl and hydroxyl groups to react with a melamine resin or a polyisocyanate for curing.
