Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the maintenance and inspection of a vehicle provided with a safe start device without the operator taking the driver's seat of the vehicle, by enabling an ignition device to be actuated when the shift stage of the vehicle is its neutral stage and the PTO clutch is set at a cut-off position irrespective of whether the operator takes the driver's seat or not. CONSTITUTION:When the operator leaves the driver's seat of a working machine for another working operation during operation of the working machine, the switch 3 is opened to connect contacts 4d, 4c in a relay circuit to each other. In the case of that the PTO clutch is isolated (contacts 2a, 2c are connected to each other) and the shift stage is set at the neutral position (contacts 6c, 6e are connected to each other), a primary coil 8a in an ignition device 8 is not grounded so that the engine is operated at its idle position. If the PTO switch is engaged or the shift stage is set a position other than the neutral position, the primary coil 8a of the ignition device 8 is grounded to be missed in fire so that the engine is stopped, automatically.
