Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To irreversibly transfer an irradiated crystalline part into a non- superconducting phase so as to obtain a micro circuit composed of a superconducting section and non-superconducting insulating section by sticking a single crystal plate of a bis(ethylene)dithiatetra thiafurvalene (BEDT-TTF) type organic superconducting body to the surface of a substrate and irradiating the plate with light. CONSTITUTION:A plate-like single crystal of 3mm in length, 2 mm in width, and 0.02mm in thickness is obtained in such a way that BEDT-TTF and (n-C4 H10)4Nl3 are dissolved in tetrahydrofuran and the crystal is grown through a one-month electrolytic process at a temperature of 20 deg.C and with an electric current of 0.5muA. The single crystal is stuck to a copper substrate 3 and irradiated with an infrared laser beam after a mask having a required circuit pattern is fixed to the surface of the single crystal so that the circuit pattern of the mask csn be put on that of the crystal, and thus a non-superconducting phase (insulating section) is formed. As a result, on organic superconducting element provided with a superconducting circuit 1, non-superconducting insulating layer 2, and thin insulating layer 4 is obtained. |
