SEALED TYPE ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To simplify assembling process and reduce a cost by integrally connecting a base in which a starting relay and an excessive load protector are assembled to a cover in which an operation condenser and an insulative wall or the like are assembled, then inserting and fixing them into a glass terminal of a sealed vessel. CONSTITUTION:A sliding relay 2 and an excessive load protector 3 are respectively assembled in a base 1 integrally. A cover 4 is formed unitedly connectably to the base 1. An operation condenser 5 is integrally housed in a rear part of the cover 4, while a plurality of pleats 4a are longitudinally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rear part. An insulative wall 40 is arranged between the operation condenser 5 and a sealed vessel 21 in the cover 4. When insyslling, the base 1 is wiringly connected to the operation condenser 5, while the base 1 is integrally connected to the cover 4. Then the base 1 is inserted into a glass terminal 24 of the sealed vessel 21, and fixed to a bracket 7.
