Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform conveyance and assembling of a panel without using a crane by a method wherein a panel placing bed provided at its lower end with a stopper is mounted to an oblong frameform truck so that it can freely rise and fall through the operation of a handle. CONSTITUTION:A panel placing bed 2 having a stopper 6 and a guide member 7 and a guide roller 8 is mounted to an oblong framform truck 12. The placing bed 2 is installed so that it can freely rise and fall from horizontal position to vertical position through a fixed arm 10, pivotally mounted to the truck 12, and a moving arm 11 through operation of a handle 17. A heavy concrete panel is placed on the placing bed 2 and conveyed to an assembly site, and the placing bed 2 is caused to rise in a 90 deg. arc through operation of the handle 17 for assembling. This constitution enables improvement of working efficiency.
