ARTIFICIAL SKIN

PURPOSE:To obtain the artificial skin which has the resilience and strength approximate to the resilience and strength of the human skin and allows disinfection sterilization by forming the proteins of the cuticle of fowl eggs and hen's eggs and the shell, membrane and white of the eggs. CONSTITUTION:The required cuticle of the fowl eggs and hen's eggs, the shells, membranes and white of the eggs are respectively extracted and single kind or protein components are dispersed and mixed with composite water or solvent by a mixing and stirring machine 1; thereafter, the mixture is defoamed. This mixture is filtered with a screen of 80-100 mesh and is then adjusted to a desired viscosity in a liquid adjusting tank 2. The liquid is then supplied to a coating tank 3. Casting paper or film 4 coated 5 in said tank is put into a drying zone 6 and is dried. The casting paper or film 4 is taken up by a winder 9 via a strip roll 7. The formed film product is cooled by a cooling drum 8 and is taken up by a take-up unit 10.
