Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make developing efficiency and washing efficiency excellent and to easily perform washing by backflow in a short time by simultaneously blowing gas and liquid to both the lower part of a fixed bed adsorption layer and the inside of this adsorption layer. CONSTITUTION:Gas and liquid are blown into a fixed bed adsorption layer 3 in an adsorption treating device and this adsorption layer 3 is washed by backflow. In this case, gas and liquid are simultaneously blown to both the lower part of the fixed bed adsorption layer 3 and the inside of this adsorption layer 3 through the blowing pipes 8a, 8b, 9. As a result, developing efficiency and washing efficiency are made excellent and washing by backflow is easily enabled in a short period of time.
