Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To perform detection with a sharp hue by a method wherein voltage is swept from 0V to be applied up to 15 - 30V in such a state that stepping voltage is 1.0V or less and the holding time thereof is 1 - 10sec and, thereafter, voltage is further swept from 0V to be applied up to 15V or more in such a state that stepping voltage is 1.0 - 2.5V and the holding time thereof is 1 - 10sec. CONSTITUTION:When a titanium alloy is polarized by a voltage sweeping method, voltage sweeping is performed by applying stepping voltage and, in such a state that the stepping voltage is 1.0V or less and the holding time at each stepping voltage is 1 - 10sec, voltage is swept to be applied up to 15 - 30V. Thereafter, when voltage is swept from 0V to be applied up to 15V or more in such a state that the stepping voltage is 1.0 - 2.5V and the holding time at each stepping voltage is 1 - 10sec, the alloy lower in Al content can be largely polarized. Further, at the same time, the alloy is colored with the interference color corresponding to applied voltage when a polarizing current is small and colored gray when the polarizing current is large. By this method, the segregation of the component in the titanium alloy can be detected with a sharp hue. |
