Further as a second method for fixing the restrained plate 3, in a figure III, the restrained plate 3 is allowed to abutted on the rear of the joint base material 1 and fixed to the outer circumferential part thereof at the prescribed intervals by spot welding 6. As a third method for fixing the restrained plate 3, in a figure IV, the restrained plate 3 is fixed by both a bolt 2 fixed to the central part of the rear of the joint base material 1 and a nut 4 and thereafter the outer circumferential part is fixed at the prescribed intervals by spot welding 6. |
