Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform coating film by forming a dilution region in which a coating agent is diluted in contact with a soln. of the coating agent and passing a body to be coated through the dilution region when the body is pulled up from the soln. CONSTITUTION:A soln. 1 of a coating agent is poured into a vessel fitted with a cooling pipe 3 and a diluent region 2 and an air region 5 are formed. A body 4 to be coated is dipped in the soln. 1 and pulled up. During passing through the diluent region 2, the coating agent sticking ununiformly to the body 4 is uniformly stuck by a vaporized solvent and uniform coating is enabled.
