Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To produce a grain-oriented silicon steel sheet having low iron loss characteristics by forming a molten silicon steel with a specific composition into a cast slab of specific thickness by means of rapid solidification, applying surface working to the above by the use of small grains of rigid body, and then carrying out respectively specified annealing, cold rolling, and further annealing. CONSTITUTION:A molten steel consisting of 2.5-6.5wt.% Si, required inhibitor components, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is continuously supplied onto a cooling body whose cooling surface is updatedly moved to undergo rapid solicification, by which a cast slab of 0.5-3.0mm thickness is prepared. Subsequently, small grains of rigid body are allowed to collide against the above cast slab to work the surface part, and a finely recrystallized layer is formed at the above surface part worked by collision by heating and annealing the cast slab at 650-1300 deg.C for |
