WASHING AND STERILIZING OF VESSEL AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To completely dissolve the contaminant to remove the same with the condensed water and to completely kill the microorganism by making the sucked water vapor condensed and permeated into the foreign matters and contaminant attached to an inner wall of a bottle, to dissolve the same, and scraping off the foreign matters and the contaminant together with the condensed water by the pressure air. CONSTITUTION: A bottle 1 is standed upside down, and the water vapor is sucked into the bottle 1 from a filling portion 3 through a nozzle 11. The water vapor is partially cooled by a wall of a normal temperature of the bottle 1, and condensed into a water film composed of small waterdrops 5. The sterilizing air is sprayed toward a center of a bottom 2 inside of the bottle 1 by a blow-off nozzle 15, the air current deflected by the bottom 2 moves the condensate attached to the bottom 2 and a transition part from the bottom 2 to a side wall 4, toward the side wall 4, a valve 20 is closed, simultaneously a valve 21 is opened, and a fan or disc-shaped blown-off air jet is injected from an annular gap 17 of the blow-off nozzle 15. By the disc-shaped air current deflected by the side wall 4, the condensate attached to the side wall 4 can be discharged from the filling portion 3.
