Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To measure an absolute hemoglobin concentration more correctly by entering light with various wavelengths into a partial region of a tissue, subjecting rear diffusal light to it, measuring remission according to the wavelengths and obtaining a local color concentration of an animal tissue for determining a concentration of color from spectrum of remission degree. CONSTITUTION: Beam from first wavelength region is entered to obtain remission wherein an effect of hemoglobin to remission is slight. Beam from a second wavelength region is entered into the same partial region of the tissue to obtain remission. The remission is subjected to an action of hemoglobin with priority. Based on the remission of the first wavelength region and a standard-basic remission curve inherent to a kind of a tissue formed against two wavelength regions, a standard-basic remission curve inherent to an individual tissue is obtained against the second wavelength region. Based on the obtained standard- basic remission curve inherent to an individual tissue and the remission determined in the second wavelength region, a value for a hemoglobin concentration is obtained. |
