Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the title composition excellent in initial antifogging properties, retentivity of the properties, film strength, etc., by adding a surfactant to a block or graft copolymer comprising a hydrophilic polymer part and a hydrophobic polymer part. CONSTITUTION:At least one copolymer selected from a block copolymer comprising a hydrophilic polymer part and a hydrophobic polymer part and a graft copolymer comprising these parts is prepared. An example of the copolymer is a copolymer having a hydrophilic polymer part formed from 6-25wt.% N- methylolacrylamide, 90-43wt.% hydroxyalkyl acrylate and 4-32wt.% acrylamide and a hydrophobic polymer part formed from 50-85wt.% lower alkyl acrylate and 50-15wt.% acrylic acid. A surfactant (e.g. polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate; is added to this copolymer to produce a composition for forming an antifogging resin coating.
