METHOD FOR METALLIZING CERAMICS

PURPOSE:To obtain a metallized ceramics composite material having high strength by disposing fine powder of metal Ti near ceramics coated with metal powder contg. active metals on the surface and heating the powder in a low vacuum or gaseous Ar atmosphere.
