Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a metallized ceramics composite material having high strength by disposing fine powder of metal Ti near ceramics coated with metal powder contg. active metals on the surface and heating the powder in a low vacuum or gaseous Ar atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the oxide ceramics, such as Al2O3 or nitride ceramics, such as BN, is coated with the metal powder of a BAg system, etc., contg. the active metals, such as Ti and Zr. The method for the coating is executed by kneading the above-mentioned metal powder by, for example, a screen oil, to a paste form, and applying this paste onto the above-mentioned ceramics surface. After the powder paste contg. the above-mentioned active metals is dried, the tine powder of the metal Ti is disposed near the ceramics. The ceramics is then heated not in a high vacuum atmosphere but in the low vacuum of
