MANUFACTURE OF VEHICLE WINDOW

PURPOSE:To provide easy removal of a molded connecting portion by forming continuously and simultaneously a frame portion and the supporting portion of a stopper at a connecting portion, and at the same time applying an adhesive to the molded portion of the frame portion and the bonding portion of the stopper respectively exclusive of the molded portion of the connected portion. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing, respective adhesives are first applied to the molded portion of a frame part 2 in the peripheral edge of a window plate 1 and the bonded portion of a stopper 3 on the inward side of the surface of a window plate 1 respectively. And the stopper 3 is independently from each other assembled into a pair of molds 10, 13 together with the window plate 1. Next, a cavity space continuous from the peripheral edge side of the window plate 1 to the inward side of a plate surface is injection-filled with liquid type synthetic resin, and a frame portion 2 and the holding portion 4 of the stopper 3 made mutually continuous through a connecting part 8 are formed in a place where the peripheral surface of the window plate 1 and the holding portion 4 of the stopper 3 are attached. Then after the synthetic resin is hardened and the window plate 1 is taken out of the mold, the connecting portion 8 made of synthetic resin is removed.
