Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To maintain flexibility while reducing a lowering in elongation at breaking of a resistor layer even upon mixing-in an electric conductivity imparting agent such as carbon black by causing a resin matrix to comprise a mixture of an aromatic polycarbonate with an aromatic polycarbonate polyurethane. CONSTITUTION:A resistor layer comprises an electrically conductive agent and a resin matrix, and the resin matrix comprises a mixture of an aromatic polycarbonate with an aromatic polycarbonate polyurethane, in an electrothermal transfer material comprising an ink layer 3, a conductor layer 2 and the resistor layer 1. The aromatic polycarbonate polyurethane has excellent elasticity and high heat resistance, and upon being added to the aromatic polycarbonate, it shows compatibility with the aromatic polycarbonate to reduce hardness while maintaining the excellent heat resistance and high elongation at break of the aromatic polycarbonate. The content of the aromatic polycarbonate polyurethane in the mixture is preferably 5-80wt.%. If the content is less than 5wt.%, the elongation at break is lowered, whereas if the content exceeds 80wt.%, the heat resistance is lowered. |
