METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC ANALYSIS OF LIQUID RESIN

PURPOSE:To establish rapid analytical technique excellent in reproducibility by removing the skin formed on the surface of a measuring instrument by the scratching action of a scratching rotary body before performing re-analysis. CONSTITUTION:A washing apparatus 9 is equipped with a washing tank 904 and rotary brushes 903a, 903b being scratching rotary bodies for scratching the liquid resin adhered to a used measuring instrument to let the same fall and constituted so as to hold the measuring instrument detached by the analytical robot controlled by a computer unit. For example, when a used large rotor 925 is washed, the rotor 925 is detached by the analytical robot to be positioned directly above the washing tank 904 and subsequently held to the washing holes 924 formed by the opposed contact parts 923 of the brushes 903a, 903b. After the rotor 925 is set in this way, a drive motor 927 is driven to rotate the brushes 903a, 903b and an automatic water supply and drain system is started to allow the liquid resin adhered to the rotor 925 to fall from the surface thereof by the scratching action of the brushes 903a, 903b.
