METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC ANALYSIS OF LIQUID RESIN

PURPOSE:To rapidly perform analysis having reproducibility by automatically performing respective processes of the control of a sample to be inspected, the selection of an analytical robot hand, the checking of the number of the samples to be inspected, the reading of a bar code, the analysis of quality determination items and the washing of an instrument. CONSTITUTION:An analytical robot 1 is arranged at the almost center of an analytical station 2 and, within the operation range around the robot 1, a turntable apparatus 3, an analytical robot hand station 4, a non-volatile component measuring device 5, a vacuum apparatus 6, a viscosity measuring device 7, a pH measuring device 8, a washing apparatus 9, a keeping apparatus 10 and a bar code reader 11 are arranged. In an analytical method for the items determining the quality of a liquid resin, quality determination items contain at least two items selected from viscosity, pH and a non-volatile component and respective processes of the control of a sample to be inspected, the selection of an analytical robot hand, the checking of the number of the samples to be inspected, the analysis of quality determination items, the washing of an instrument and keeping are automatically performed.
