METHOD FOR EXTERMINATING POLYCHAETES PARASITIC ON BIVALVE FOR PRODUCING CULTURED PEARL AND EXTERMINATOR

PURPOSE:To uniformly permeate an exterminating chemical into bivalves by arranging and hanging culturing nets housing the bivalves in a hermetically sealed treating chamber and spraying the exterminating chemical from spraying nozzles while intermittently reciprocating and tilting the nets. CONSTITUTION:Culturing nets 16 housing bivalved for producing cultured peals in a hermetically sealed treating chamber 12 are arranged and hung at a suitable interval in front and back. An exterminating chemical in a misty form in sprayed from spraying nozzles 30 while intermittently reciprocating and tilting the arranged and hung culturing nets with a tilting and guiding means 20 to uniformly permeate the exterminating chemical into the bivalves for producing the cultured pearls in the upper or lower positions.
