Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To eliminate the insertion of the calling of a postprocessing routine into all the exit points of modules by storing the returning addresses of the modules in a stack in a FIFO order. CONSTITUTION:The subject instrument is constituted in such a way that the returning addresses are stored in the stack 7 at the time of starting measuring a characteristic in an executing time characteristic measurement means 50, and the returning addresses stored at the termination time of characteristic measurement are sequentially read in the FIFO order and they are returned to the high-order modules 2-4. Thus, the calling of the postprocessing routine is eliminated in all the exit points of respective modules 2-4, and the executing time characteristic on plural modules 2-4 can accurately be measured at high speed.
