Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To significantly increase the curing rate and thereby improve the productivity of an optical fiber by compounding two specific photopolymn. initiators into a mixture of a polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate with a functional unsatd. compd. CONSTITUTION:A polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate (A), a monofunctional unsatd. compd. (e.g. an alkyl acrylate) and/or a polyfunctional unsatd. compd. except A (e.g. trimethylolpropane triacrylate) (B), a photopolymn. initiator, 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyldiphenoylphosphine oxide (C), and another photoplymn. initiator, 2-methyl-1-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholino-propan-1-one are compound in wt. ratios of A to B of (95:5)-(5:95) and C to D of (1:10)-(10:1) and in an amt. of the sun of C and D of 0.1-15 pts.wt., pref. 0.5-7 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. the sum of A and B, thus giving a resin compsn. for coating an optical fiber.
