Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To attain detecting even small leakage with high reliability by introducing test fluid of specific test capacity into a conduit system at pressurized state and measuring the time necessary for the test capacity to flow in the conduit system. CONSTITUTION: If small leak is caused, fluid gradually leaks from a conduit system 8 to the outside and the pressure P2 in the conduit system is gradually decreased. Receiving the pressure P1 of the source operating to a pressure chamber 11, a wall 4 starts to move rightward and as the results, the test capacity of the fluid existing in the chamber 12 is supplied in the conduit system 8. After the time measured with a time measuring element 16 becomes a certain value, the wall 4 reaches its right end position, which is detected by a sensor 14. Then a controller 6 outputs an operation signal to an operation device 5 to open a main valve 1 again. Therefore, the wall 4 displaces again to its left end position and a test cycle is newly started. As the control device 6 is provided with an integrator 15 adding the cycle number of the wall 4 and the test capacity is known, the integral leakage amount of fluid can be known. |
