Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it easy to hold a sample in a state of tension and to make it simple to set the sample on a testing element by sticking the sample fixedly on a sample plate having a testing hole and by setting the same, in a cassette manner, on a sample table having a similar testing hole. CONSTITUTION:A sample is put on a sample plate 17 so that it covers the testing hole thereof completely, and it is fixed thereon in a state of appropriate tension by a fixing means such as an adhesive tape. This sample is set, together with the sample plate 17, on a sample table 17 and fixed thereon. By superposing the testing hole of the sample plate 17 on the testing hole of the sample plate on the occasion, the sample is tested through the two testing holes.
