Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject agent especially effective for cosmetic having low skin irritation, excellent antiseptic ability and safety containing three components of phenoxyethanol, ester phthalate and tropolone derivative as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:The aimed cosmetic contains at least one selected from the group of (A) phenoxyethanol, (B) ester phthalate and tropolone derivative. Mixing ratio is 10-70wt.% phenoxyethanol, 20-80wt.% ester phthalate (especially dimethyl phthalate is excellent in synthetic viewpoint such as antiseptic ability and skin irritation) and 1-10wt.% tropolone derivative (preferably hinokitiol having wide anti-fungus spectrum and safety is used). Besides, necessary content of antiseptic agent in cosmetic is 0.1-5wt.%.
