CONCRETE FLOATING BODY AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF AND FLOATING PIER

PURPOSE:To enable the top portion of a floating body to be directly used as a deck by forming the outer shape thereof into nearly a rectangular body, forming the skin with fiber reinforced cement, and filling the inside of the floating body in which a plurality of beams are formed on the backside of the floating body deck with a resin foam. CONSTITUTION:Fiber reinforced cement which is economical while having strength and corrosion resistance is used for the material of a small and nearly rectangular floating body, with the skin thereof being formed as thin as possible. The trace of rake for non-slip is given to the top face of the deck 1 thereof while projectingly providing a plurality of beams 2 on the underside of the deck 1 on both longitudinal and lateral directions respectively. The inside of the floating body is filled with a resin foam to prevent a hindrance even if a crack or breakage to some extent is produced on the concrete of the skin. By such a structure, a strong and economical floating body can be obtained while enabling same to be unbreakable against large waves, excellent in buoyancy and stability, easy of production, and convenient for transportation.
