BRUSHLESS MOTOR

PURPOSE:To extremely diminish a dimension in the axial direction of a motor by making the number of the turns of coils confronted with an electronic component part in the axial direction, fewer than the number of the turns of other coils of the same phase, and by setting the same number of the total turns of the whole coils of the same phase, as the number of the total turns of coils of other phases. CONSTITUTION:Each one coil 28a, 28b, 28c among three phases is positioned above an electronic component part 24, to be confronted with the component part 24 in the axial direction. The number of the turns of the coils 28a, 28b, 28c is set to be fewer than the number of the turns of other coils 28d-28e of the same phase, and the number of the total turns of the whole coils of the same phase is set to te the same number as the number of the total turns of coils other phases. As a result, regardless of the existence of the electronic component part 24, the thickness of the coils 28a, 28b, 28c confronted with the electronic component part 24 in the axial direction can be diminished, and the thickness of a motor as a whole in the axial direction can be diminished.
