OPERATION CONTROLLER FOR POWER PLANT

PURPOSE:To reduce the energy loss caused at start/stop of a power plant by operating an operation terminal when the abnormality is decided from the comparison carried out between the cumulative calculation value of the start/ stop loss value and its reference value. CONSTITUTION:A loss data evaluation means 15 compares the actual loss value calculated by a start/stop loss calculation means 12 with a prescribed item with the reference data calculated by a reference data calculation means 14. Thus the items exceeding the reference data are reported to an operation terminal selection means 16. Then an alarm message is outputted to a display device 4 for each abnormal item. The means 16 confirms the operating conditions of the operations prescribed with the reported items to decide the stop enable auxiliary devices and sends a stop command to an operation means 17. The means 17 outputs a command to the corresponding device to automatically perform a prescribed operation. As a result, the energy loss value is reduced.
