DUSTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To provide a cleaning machine of improved fiber-opening effect and increased capacity by providing a specific number of guide plates and restricting a transfer chamber between the two guide plates. CONSTITUTION: This machine is provided with an air inlet 6 and air outlet 7 in a casing 2 placed above the upper side of a horizontal fiber-opening roller 1, and at least 4 guide plates 8, 9, 10, 11 in a space between the air inlet 6 and air outlet 7 in the casing 2, to restrict at least 3 transfer chambers 14, 15 and 16. The transfer chambers are designed to have an adequate lead angle (α), width (b) and number, to prevent clogging of and collection of fiber lumps in the chamber.
