Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a large current by forming thin film of solid, high-polymer electrolyte on the surface of woven or nonwoven cloth made of metallic lithium or its alloy, installing it in a battery case which serves also as a positive-pole electricity collector, and filling an inner gap with positive-pole depolarizing powder. CONSTITUTION:A thin film of solid, high-polymer electrolyte is formed on the surface of woven of nonwoven cloth made of metallic lithium. Then, it is placed in a battery case which also serves as a positive-poole electricity collector and its inner gap is filled with positive-pole deporalizing powder. In this manner, an article whose surface of non-woven of woven cloth made of a negative-pole lithium metal is covered with solid, high-polymer electrolyte, is embedded in a positive pole deporatlizing mix as a negative-pole active material and an electrolyte separator, so as to form the structure of this battery. Thus, the acting areas of negative and positive poles per battery capacity are enlarged so that excellent properties as a battery with a discharge capacity can be exhibited. In addition, since solid, high-polymer electrolyte can form a thin film in a free, a shape the way of formation thereof is simple and convenient. Thus, it is possible to obtain a lithium battery with a large battery capacity.
