Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce thermal strain to a driving circuit and to improve the operability of reproduction by connecting the terminal of a terminal plate to the terminal of the driving circuit by an anisotropic conductive member. CONSTITUTION:The terminal of the terminal plate 4 where the electrode substrate 3 of a liquid crystal display element 1 is extended and the terminal of the driving circuit 5 which drives the liquid crystal display element 1 are connected by the anisotropic conductive member 7. Namely, the conductive member 7 is interposed between the terminal plate 4 and driving circuit 5 and the opposite terminals are pressed while heated at about 150 deg.C to cause conduction, thereby connecting the terminals of the both 4 and 5 electrically. Further, if the driving circuit 5 has a fault and it is necessary to remove it, the conductive member 7 is heated to about 150 deg.C or wetted with a solvent, so that the driving circuit is easily detached from the terminal plate 4. Consequently, the terminals can be connected at low temperature, so the thermal stress to the liquid crystal display element is small and the operability of the reproduction is improved.
