PRODUCTION OF AGGREGATE

PURPOSE:To make possible to steeply reduce equipment, machine and site, etc., in aggregate plant and improve economical efficiency by crushing raw ore with primary crusher, crushing with adding impact part material and water in drum-washer mill, washing and sifting. CONSTITUTION:Following process is adopted in a production of aggregate to obtain hoggin and sand by crushing raw ore, sifting, washing and classifying. Namely, aggregate of middle and large lump obtained by sifting (by sieve 2) of raw ore 1 and/or crushing of raw ore 1 by primary crusher 4 and suitable amount of water are thrown into drum washer mill 43. Next, violent stream is generated in the drum washer mill 43 containing impact part material to perform crushing, grinding, corner chipping, mushing of soft stone and mud stone, washing and removing of attached mud on the surface of rock and sand at a stroke, then mixture of hoggin, sand and polluted sludge is generated, thus polluted sludge is flowed out together with water and hoggin and sand are separated by sieve (using trommel 45, screen 46 or classifier 47, etc.).
