USE:Determination of antibody, reagent for purification and remedy for cancer, autoimmune disease, etc. PREPARATION:For example, Streptococcus espi AP1 is cultured and then centrifuged and collected and the collected Streptococcus is extracted to separate DNA, which is then subjected to enzymatic treatment to afford DNA fragments and the DNA fragments are bound to a vector and a protein H gene is subjected to cloning using a host and the cloned gene is bound to a manifestation vector to transform a host cell and the transformed cell is cultured to provide the protein H.
