CONSTITUTION: The twin screw extruder which operates continuously and has a deaeration zone or more particularly the twin-screw extruder having two pieces of the screws which rotate in the same direction and are intermeshed with each other is used in order to produce the plastic condensate contg. the pigments and fillers. As a result, the removal of the stains of band-shaped products by the oil of a faucet or kneading machine and oozing additives as well as the good dispersion of pigment particles are executed without the formation of the aggregate.
