Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To twist a silk strand fed from a silk-delivering mechanism and simultaneously winding up the twisted silk strand on a bobbins by disposing a roller transverse drum and a winding bobbin rotating rectangularly to a silk strand- passing tube on a rotation frame having the silk strand-passing tube on the rotation axis thereof. CONSTITUTION:A silk strand-passing tube 11 penetrating the core of a rotation shaft is disposed on a rotation frame 1, and a roller transverse drum 14 is supported on right and left connecting plates 12 and 12 connecting upper and lower rotation plates 2 and 2 through a supporting shaft 13. The drum 14 is rotated with pulleys 15 and 19 and a belt 20 by the rotation of the rotation frame 1. A winding bobbin 21 is disposed so as to rotate while interlocking with the drum 14.
