CURSOR DISPLAY CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To improve the visual recognizability by providing a control part which erases display of a cursor by time counting of a time counting timer after a certain time and properly setting the count time of this timer in accordance with the reaction speed of a display element. CONSTITUTION:The move position of the cursor displayed on a display part 24 is indicated by a pointing part 21 to display the cursor in another move position on the display part 24. A time counting timer 27 is started to erase the cursor displayed till then independently of the new display of the cursor after a certain time in accordance with time counting of this timer 27. Consequently, the count time of the timer 27 is properly set in accordance with the reaction speed of the display element to continue displaying the cursor displayed till then, and the cursor does not disappear on the display screen though high- speed movement of the cursor is indicated by the pointing part 21. Thus, the visual recognizability of the cursor is sufficiently improved.
