MANUFACTURE OF SOAP HAVING PATTERNED SECTION

PURPOSE:To obtain a soap having a same pattern properly appearing on any section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction by a process wherein tubular paths having an enlarged part in the middle are combined to form a pattern on the section of a soap. CONSTITUTION:A soap material is ejected through the nozzle 19 of a first extruder 18 into a tubular path 26, passed through an enlarged part 17, a small- diameter tubular path 16, an enlarged part 15, and a small-diameter tubular path 14, and then ejected through a circular opening 12 located within the discharged hole 9 of a die 8, while on the other hand a soap material of different color is ejected through the nozzle 24 of a second extruder 23 into a tubular path 22, passed through an enlarged part 21 in the middle and a small-diameter path 20, and then ejected into a forming tube 10, so that a soap having a same pattern appearing on any section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is continuously extruded through the discharge hole of the die.
