Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To automate classification work of parts cut on the irradiation surface by providing in parallel first and second ventilation means to send air in a straight line according to the belt width to an endless belt having an air permeable through hole with the rise surface as the irradiation surface. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 4 is supplied from a master roll 3 to the vertical surface 1b to the endless belt 1 supported rotatably by three rolls 2 and laser light 6 is projected thereon and the surface of the substrate 4 is scanned two- dimensionally, by which the substrate 4 is cut into the parts 4a with a prescribed shape. At this time, the air is supplied to only a nozzle 8a of a part corresponding to scraps 4b excepting the parts 4a of the substrate 4 by the first ventilation means 8 where many nozzles 8a are provided in the direction of the width of the substrate 4 and the scraps 4b are dropped to a downward scrap accumulator 10. On the other hand, the parts 4a reach the bottom 1c in a state being drawn by the endless belt 1 and mounted on a downstream side conveyor 11 and transferred to the next stage by the ventilation of the second ventilation means 9.
