HEATING APPARATUS OF CHEMICAL FORMING TREATMENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To make heat exchange efficiency hard to lower by making the adhesion of sludge to the interior of a heat exchanger hard to generate by controlling the temp. of the hot water in a hot water tank so as not to generate large difference with respect to the temp. of the chemical forming solution of a chemical forming treatment tank. CONSTITUTION:The chemical forming solution in a chemical forming treatment tank 1 is heated by a heat exchanger 3 and hot water is recirculated to the heat exchanger 3 by a hot water pump 7 and a hot water tank 5. The first control means 13 controls the operation of the hot water pump 7 recirculating the hot water in the hot water tank 5 to the heat exchanger 3 so as to hold the temp. of the chemical forming solution in the chemical forming treatment tank 1 to a definite value. Further, the second control means 15 compares the temp. of the chemical forming solution in the chemical forming treatment tank 1 with the temp. of the hot water in the hot water tank 5 and controls the supply amount of steam supplied in the hot water tank 5 so as to keep the temp. of the hot water higher than that of the chemical forming solution by a definite value. As a result, since sludge is hardly adhered to the interior of the heat exchanger, heat exchange efficiency is hard to lower.
