An elastic part 40 is set between a casing 36 buried in the segment 10 with the coupler 24 and the sleeve 38, and the projected part 25 is inserted into the sleeve 38. The projections 26 are coupled with the inner recessions 44 of the sleeve 38. Hermetical adhesion can thus be obtained exactly.
