CARD SYSTEM KEY HOLDER MANUFACTURING APPLIANCE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To form a through hole for holding a key in an arbitrary position by providing a die having a gap for inserting to be larger than a key holder material in a second layer between a first layer and a third layer, and a punch in a key blank shape to be fitted in the through hole in the first layer and to be movable through the gap to the through hole in the third layer. CONSTITUTION:A card system key holder manufacturing appliance is composed of a die 1 and a punch 2. By the die 1, gap holding members 4 and 4 are sandwiched and fixed between two plate materials 3 and 4, a gap 6 for inserting a key holder is formed, and through holes 3a and 5a in the key blank shape are formed to the plate materials 3 and 5, respectively. The punch 2 is fitted in the through hole 3a of the plate material 3 of the die 1, and the punch in the key blank shape movable from the plate material 3 through the gap 6 to the through hole 5a of the plate material 5 is formed. The gap 6 is made into a size in which a key holder material 14 can be inclined in an arbitrary direction within a certain range to the peripheral parts of the plate materials 3 and 5. Thus, the key holder having the key blank through hole in the arbitrary position can be finished.
