Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To keep the secrecy of the data and an application program by inputting a password via an operator at start of a system and controlling the secrecy of the application program and the data stored in a backed-up memory. CONSTITUTION:When a operator inputs a password, this password is collated with a back-up password A. If the coincidence is obtained between both passwords, the execution pointer of an OS area of a main memory 2 is used as the execution pointer of a microprocessor 1. Thus a program can be executed based on the state set before a system power supply is cut off. In the case no coincidence is obtained from said collation, the area of the memory 2 where the application software APA and the data DATAA are registered is initialized. Then the contents of the APA and the DATAA are not opened to an operator B. Thus the secrecy is kept for the data and the programs.
