Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To output the inverted signal of an input light signal by transmitting only an oscillation light signal which has its 1st wavelength inverted by the wavelength selection of a wavelength filter part. CONSTITUTION:When a light signal which has 2nd wavelength lambda2 different from the wavelength lambda1 is inputted to a laser part 1, in the oscillation state of the light with the 1st wavelength lambda1, the laser part 1 amplifies the input light signal with the wavelength lambda2 by inductive emission. Consequently, the carrier density in the laser part 1 decreases, the gain decreases, and the oscillation output of the light with the wavelength lambda1 decreases as the gain decreases to obtain the oscillation light with the wavelength lambda1 which is the inverted signal of the input light signal with the wavelength lambda2. The input light signal with the wavelength lambda2 which is emitted by the laser light 1 and the input light signal which has the wavelength lambda1 inverted are selected by a wavelength filter 2 and only the input light signal which has the wavelength lambda1 inverted is transmitted and outputted as an output light signal. Consequently, the output light signal with the wavelength lambda1 is outputted as the inverted signal of the input light signal with the wavelength lambda2.
