Zusammenfassung: | The process is of sulphonating aryl compounds obtainable by pyrolysis of a naphthenic residual oil and fractional distillation of the pyrolysis products of the fraction produced at from 100 to 120 DEG C under atmospheric pressure, sulphonating this aromatic fraction using oleum at temperatures of from 120 to 160 DEG C in an amount of from 0.7 to 1.2 parts by weight of oleum, based on oleum having an SO3 content of 24 % by weight, per part by weight of the aromatic fraction, and subsequently condensing the arylsulphonic acids with formaldehyde in a known manner. The condensation products are used as dispersants, in particular in the preparation of dye formulations. |
