Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable the manufacture of pressure-sensitive copying paper with excellent desensitizing properties at high speed which dries ink used for printing instantaneously by adding an ultraviolet-curable epoxy resin of cationic polymer and a desensitizer containing no nitrogen in a structural formula. CONSTITUTION:A desensitizer which does not have nitrogen in its structure is a compound containing a polyether chain with added ethyleneoxide or propyleneoxide in molecules. Ultraviolet-curable epoxy resins are aromatic epoxy resin, aliphatic epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin which are already known. An initiator for discharging a catalyst which induces the cationic polymerization of epoxy resin using an ultraviolet beam is the onium salt of Lewis acid. The typical examples are the aromatic diazonium salt of halogen compounds aromatic halonium salt, aromatic sulfonium salt and aromatic selenium salt.
