Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To apply electrodes which are characterized by low costs and weather resistance and can be widely applied to microwave resonators, various filters and the like by forming films by electrolytic plating of tin or solder on films formed by electroless copper plating furthermore, and forming electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Films 21, 31 and 41 are continuously formed by electroless copper plating on the inner surface, outer surface and one end surface of a cylindrical dielectric ceramic body 1. Films 22, 32 and 42 are further formed by electrolytic plating of tin on the films. Thus electrodes 2, 3 and 4 are formed.
