MOLDING DEVICE FOR SYNTHETIC RESIN

PURPOSE:To rotationally transfer at least three sets of molding dies in order and to shorten the time of a cycle by aggregating a molding process of foamed resin to three stages and also providing the stations correspondent to the respective stages. CONSTITUTION:A molding die 20 mold-clamped in a first station 12 is carried to a second station 14 by a dolly 28 and resin liquid is introduced thereinto. On the other hand, the first station 12 is made vacant by transfer of the molding die 20 and therefore the molding die 20 remaining on standby in a fourth station 18 is carried to the first station 12 by a traction dolly 126. The other molding die 20 remaining on standby in a third station 16 is carried to the fourth station 18 by a roller conveyor 110. Resin liquid is introduced into the molding die 20 after carried to the second station 14 and thereafter carried to the third station 16 by a traction dolly 84. In such a way, an efficient molding process is performed so that idle time is not caused with respect to three sets of molding dies 20.
