FUSE DRAWING TOOL

PURPOSE:To simplify attaching and drawing operations of a fuse drawing tool to and from a fuse by constituting the fuse drawing tool in combination of a locking member for locking and releasing leg plates with respect to the main body of the fuse drawing tool. CONSTITUTION:In the main body B of a fuse drawing tool A, both claws 2, 2 of leg plates 1, 1 are engaged with the bead (e) of a fuse (d) on both slides. The locking projection 6 of a partition wall 5 is contained to be locked in the locking groove 10 of a locking plate 9 disposed in a locking member C so that the leg plates 1, 1 are locked. When the pushing plate 8 of the locking member C is pushed downward, the fuse drawing tool A can be released. Namely, when the locking projection 6 is drawn out of the locking groove 10 and as a result the locked state of the leg plates 1, 1 can be released, the sliding-contact surface 11 of the locking plate 9 is engaged with a projection 4 in a sliding-contact state so that the leg plates 1, 1 can extend outward, and thus the head (e) of the fuse (d) can be released from the claws 2. In order to change the release state into the holding state, the leg plates 1, 1 are pushed from the outside toward a direction shown by an arrow no that the sliding-contact surface 11 is engaged with the projection 4 in the sliding-contact state and thus the locking plate 9 is ascended in the contrary manner to that described above. the locking projection 6 can be contained in the locking groove 10. Therefore, the fuse drawing tool A can be easily detached from the fuse (d).
