Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To disperse glass intermediate fibers uniformly, and to smooth a surface by pressuring a mat, on which a thermoplastic synthetic resin film on which the glass intermediate fibers are attached electrostatically is laminated, while being heated at a temperature higher than the melting point or softening point of a resin. CONSTITUTION:A mat on which a thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber film on which glass intermediate fibers are attached electrostatically is laminated is pressured at pressure, where a gas in laminating is removed, while being heated at a temperature higher than the melting point or softening point of a thermoplastic synthetic resin. A film composed of a resin such as polyamide, polycarbonate, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. is used as the thermoplastic synthetic resin film. Intermediate fibers having fiber length of approximately 3-50mm are employed as glass fibers. Static electricity is charged to the thermoplastic synthetic resin film, and glass fibers are attached to the thermoplastic synthetic resin film by utilizing the static electricity. A plurality of the thermoplastic synthetic resin films to which glass fibers are stuck are superposed, thus forming a mat. The mat is pressured at pressure, where a gas in laminating is removed, while being heated at a temperature higher than the melting point or softening point of said thermoplastic synthetic resin. |
